Annual Membership Information

All Annual Memberships (Individual, Couple, or Family) paid annually will be active for one calendar year from the date the annual membership fee is paid or whenever the Centralia Recreation Center begins operation, whichever is later. (For example: If you paid yearly for an annual membership to the Centralia Recreation Center on June 10,2013, your annual membership will be in effect from June 10,2013 through June 10,2014.)

Annual Membership fees may be paid on a monthly basis through an Automatic Payment Withdrawal from Bank Account Authorization Agreement that the Annual Member and all other bank account owners must agree to and sign. All Annual Memberships (Individual, Couple, or Family) paid monthly through an Automatic Payment Withdrawal from Bank Account Authorization Agreement will be active for one calendar year. An administrative fee in the amount of $4.00 per month will be added to any annual membership that is paid by Automatic Payment Withdrawal from Bank Account Authorization.

All Annual Memberships either paid in full when enrolling or paid by Automatic Payment Withdrawal from Bank Account Authorization Agreement are for one calendar year and NO REFUND will be given for any reason.

All Annual Members are issued an Annual Membership Card that will need to be scanned when entering the Centralia Recreation Center. This Annual Membership Card shall be issued at no cost to the Annual Member. Annual Member will retain this same membership card at the time of renewal of an Annual Membership. Replacement Annual Membership Cards will be issued at a cost of $10.00 each.

Bank Draft Cancellation Policy

When you sign up for Bank draft, it is an ANNUAL membership. You will not be allowed to stop and start your bank draft membership throughout the year. You may cancel it ONCE, but will not be able to rejoin again by bank draft until the following year from cancellation date. (You may rejoin at any time by paying in full).

Annual Membership Benefits

All Annual Members who personally rent a part of or all of the Centralia Recreation Center during their annual membership time period shall be charged a lower rental fee than non-members shall pay.

All Annual Members 18 years of age or older are eligible to obtain Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access to the Centralia Recreation Center. (see provisions and rules.)

All Annual Members who purchase a 24-Hour Entry Access to the Centralia Recreation Center may sponsor an out of town guest (living outside a 50 mile radius from Centralia) to enter the Centralia Recreation Center after hours. An agreement must be signed and payment made prior to the day the guest would be sponsored.

Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access to Centralia Recreation Center

In addition to the General Policies, the following provisions apply to Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access to the Centralia Recreation Center:

Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access Provisions

A 24-Hour Entry Access Key Card or Access Thob (Key Card) shall be available only to annual members who are 18 years of age and older, except as provided below.

Issuance of a Key Card allows access to the Centralia Recreation Center at any time on any day only at the door located at the north east corner side of the building. Access shall be available whether during general hours of operation or after hours or on holidays when the Centralia Recreation Center is otherwise closed, except when access to the Centralia Recreation Center must be restricted with written notice posted at the Centralia Recreation Center, such as when the entire Centralia Recreation Center or a major part of it is rented.

Only the annual member who was issued the Key Card may use it. This Key Card may not be loaned for use by anyone else. A violation of this provision shall result in the immediate termination of anyone's right to use of the Key Card.

For a Key Card for Annual Family Memberships, any child under the age of 18 listed on a Centralia Recreation Center Annual Family Membership may enter the Centralia Recreation Center with the use of a Key Card if accompanied at all times by one of the adults 18 years of age or older listed on the same Annual Family Membership who is using his or her Key Card. A violation of this provision shall result in the immediate termination of anyone's right to use of the Key Card.

Only one Key Card per adult annual member 18 years of age or older will be issued, for a charge of $8.00 for an access card or $12.00 for an access thob. Payment shall be made at the time of signing the 24 Hour Entry Access Agreement. This charge is in addition to the Annual Membership Fee. Replacement Key Cards shall be issued at a cost of $10.00 plus cost of card/thob each. No reimbursements to a Key Card Holder for any amounts paid for replacement Key Cards shall be made under any circumstances.

Each annual member 18 years of age or older shall sign a Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access Agreement before being issued a Key Card and being able to have 24-hour entry access to the Centralia Recreation Center.

An annual member 18 years of age or older who signs a Key Card 24-Hour Entry Access Agreement shall be legally responsible for damage to or loss of property inside the Centralia Recreation Center caused by the annual member or any child under age 18 who is inside the Centralia Recreation Center with the annual member.
