Court Information

The Centralia Municipal Court is affiliated with Division 10 of the Associate Circuit Court of Boone County. The judge that oversees court proceedings for the Centralia Municipal Court is Judge Leslie Schneider, who is an Associate Division Judge. The City's prosecuting attorney is April Wilson and was appointed to the position in May 2006.

Court is typically held on the second Wednesday after the first Monday of every month at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. This date is subject to change at the Judge's discretion. The Court accepts payments in the form of cash, check or money order made payable to the City of Centralia. Only those charges listed on the schedule of fines link below may be paid out of court with a written plea of guilty.
